Child & Adolescent Full-Time Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; hybrid work with virtual and in-person sessions and a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week onsite. Schedule flexibility is required for after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and families through consistent, high-quality care.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and other specialty providers.
• Consult with and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

Requirements

• Current independent Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience using evidence-based practices and strong clinical judgment.
• Strong communication, documentation, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.
