Associate Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from New York State / United States; working hours are 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST.

Salary: $65,000–$68,000 annually, determined by the clinician’s state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support diagnosis.
• Develop treatment plans and partner with clients to achieve their goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
• Proficiency in other languages.
