Licensed Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: Remote from the United States; Monday–Friday schedules require coverage during 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST.

Salary: $80,000–$89,000 base annually, with bonus opportunities reaching $100,000 in total annual earnings for top earners.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program.
• Assess and diagnose mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and use comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Partner with clients to support progress toward their goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• LMHC and LMFT candidates must hold diagnostic privileges, such as LMHC-D or LMFT-D.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
