Child and Adolescent Therapist (NJ Licensed)

Location: Remote in New Jersey, United States; availability required after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000+ annually, including a $45,000 guaranteed base salary for a 20-hour-per-week schedule and $70 per additional clinical session.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with specialty providers and participate in clinical consultation.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Hold an independent LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in New Jersey.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to work after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
