Licensed Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from the United States; unrestricted US work authorization required without current or future employer sponsorship. Work from home with a private space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with shifts from 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT.

Salary: $69,000–$76,000 base annually, with bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Create treatment plans and partner with clients to achieve their goals.
• Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Private home workspace meeting patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals and comfort using technology for telehealth services.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
