Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant (Treasury Management Systems)

Salary: $116,730–$198,430 per year

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand treasury operations, business challenges, and transformation goals.
• Configure and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Design and present Treasury Management solutions aligned with client objectives and desired outcomes.
• Advise executive stakeholders, treasury organizations, finance teams, and technology leaders throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare RFP and RFI responses and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence future product enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or a related field.
• Experience working with Treasury Management System solutions.
• Strong understanding of treasury operating models, banking connectivity, and corporate payment ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Treasury solutions, including Integrity, or other leading Treasury Management Systems.
• Familiarity with corporate banking platforms or ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
