Senior Business Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Establish and support a new customer operating model.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, operational, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with customers and stakeholders and produce business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support customer portal, workflow automation, and ServiceNow initiatives.
• Contribute to testing, operational readiness, customer acceptance, requirements traceability, and project documentation.

Requirements

• At least five years of business analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience in payments or merchant acquiring.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence experience.
• Agile delivery experience.
• API integrations and workflow automation experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583, settlement, and card schemes.
• CBAP, Agile BA, or ITIL Foundation certification.
