Senior Product Analyst (Python)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the product metrics tree with consistent, documented definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards, define data-tracking requirements, and write specifications for Data Engineering.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, conversion drop-offs, segmentation issues, and product performance questions.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, including sample-size calculations, test duration, randomization, sanity checks, and statistical validation.
• Analyze experiment outcomes with guardrail metrics and translate findings into product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and functional leaders to connect analytical insights to measurable business improvements.

Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, with practical business and product applications.
• Hands-on experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics, data quality, metric consistency, and analytical accuracy.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous questions independently and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
