AI Engineer (Real Estate)

Location: Munich, Germany — hybrid, with 2 days in the Munich office and 3 days remote

hirify.global is building an AI platform for the real estate industry to improve investment, construction, and financial management decisions.

What you will do

• Build autonomous agentic workflows for complex financial management tasks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and ground-truth datasets to measure agent reliability and prevent regressions.
• Build AI features across dashboards, reporting, valuations, and planning.
• Implement LLM operations, tracing, and observability with tools such as Langfuse.
• Prototype features, develop context engineering approaches, and own the lifecycle through production observability.
• Discuss trade-offs and collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building product software used by real customers, ideally with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of LLM infrastructure, agent architectures, and systematic prompt design.
• Experience preparing unstructured data and using context windows efficiently.
• Confidence debugging, refactoring, and reviewing code in an existing codebase.
• Regular use of AI coding tools with a deliberate approach to delegation and verification.
• Fluent German and English communication skills required.
