AI Engineer (Simulation)

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Design scalable ML workflows for generating AV scenarios, including traffic simulations and synthetic scenario creation.
• Contribute to migrating traditional scenario creation approaches to AI-based understanding and validation.
• Develop and maintain the simulation framework to ensure reliability and performance for technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions for test creation workflows.
• Create software for behavior, pathfinding, road networks, spatial queries, collision detection, and vehicle dynamics.

Requirements

• MS or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong development skills in modern C++ and Python.
• Proficiency in ML libraries with experience in transformer and diffusion architectures.
• Basic understanding of generative models.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Santa Clara, CA.
