AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of AI agent designs and deployments across multiple healthcare customers.
• Act as the general manager for assigned accounts, owning agent performance, customer impact, expansion, and ARR growth.
• Define priorities, success metrics, and rollout strategies for each deployment.
• Analyze performance data and real customer interactions to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and solve operational pain points.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations to scale improvements and build repeatable deployment playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a similarly rigorous technical field.
• Strong experience in project management, product deployment, operations, or management consulting, ideally in a high-performance environment.
• Hands-on experience building or designing software solutions, with sufficient technical depth to work autonomously with engineers, data, and implementation details.
• Outstanding analytical skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, diagnosing root causes, and driving practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders and interact with client C-suite executives.
• Proven leadership ability through leading projects, mentoring others, or managing high-performing teams.
