TL;DR
C++ Software Engineer (Automotive): Developing and optimizing an LLVM-based compiler for Mobileye's EyeQ automotive hardware with an accent on low-level code analysis, middle-end and back-end optimizations, and performance benchmarking. Focus on analyzing generated code, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting future hardware generations in collaboration with chip architects.
Location: Hybrid in Haifa, Israel

What you will do
- Develop and extend an LLVM-based compiler for 's EyeQ hardware.
- Implement and improve middle-end and back-end compiler optimizations.
- Analyze generated code to improve performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate real-world benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with chip architects to define and support future hardware generations.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with C/C++ and Python.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Experience with low-level, firmware, or embedded software development and debugging.
- Familiarity with compiler technologies, particularly LLVM or MLIR.
- Experience analyzing benchmarks and performance data.
