Power Management Firmware Architect (Embedded)

Location: Must be based in Israel (Petah-Tikva or Haifa). Role requires 4 days onsite.

What you will do

• Define architectural frameworks for secure and high-performance embedded firmware.
• Translate complex product requirements into detailed firmware specifications.
• Develop algorithms and design patterns for interaction between firmware, software, and hardware.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and threat analysis to identify and close security gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feature design and ensure architectural alignment.
• Provide technical training and drive research initiatives for future product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in C/C++ firmware development.
• At least 3 years of experience in firmware architecture or system-level design.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded system mitigations and RTOS.
• Hands-on experience writing firmware for ARM or Xtensa CPUs.
• Ability to produce clear, coherent, and implementable technical documentation.
