Sr. Manager, Technical Marketing and Applications Engineering (Power Semiconductors)

Location: San Jose, California, or Kirkland, Washington, United States

Salary: $155,000–$205,000 annually in California; $140,000–$185,000 annually in Washington

What you will do

• Lead the global technical marketing engineer and applications engineer team supporting customer design projects.
• Engage directly with customers, build strategic partnerships, and provide technical support.
• Work with the marketing team on business strategy and execution.
• Define product roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional product development from initial definition through release.
• Lead product development and validation while coordinating with backend and field teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with power electronics, DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theory, and debugging techniques.
• Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed-signal IC company is desired.
• MSEE or higher required.
