Director, Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $189,000–$260,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct a process technology group responsible for research, development, implementation, and enhancement of product lines.
• Manage complex applications of scientific theory and processes in product development and ongoing technical management.
• Lead alpha engineering activities and resolve process technology issues across the business unit’s product line.
• Lead alpha and beta product releases and address complex customer process issues, including High Value Problems.
• Integrate research and development processes with business unit and Product Business Group plans.
• Set long-term process development guidelines, performance metrics, and progress reporting for subordinate process technology managers.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness supporting financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
