Principal Product Manager, Applied AI & Data Science

Salary: $123,900–$222,129 annual base salary; offers may vary by experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.

What you will do

• Translate strategy into product roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own prioritization across the enterprise data hub, AI-ready data products, conversational analytics, data-as-a-service, semantic data models, and AI value realization initiatives.
• Lead intake, discovery, backlog refinement, and conversion of business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with engineering, data science, applied AI, architecture, governance, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver complex initiatives.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, decisions, and stakeholder commitments.
• Drive adoption and product health measurement, including usage, reuse, data quality, freshness, stakeholder satisfaction, and realized business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of roadmaps for data, analytics, or AI/ML platform products.
• Strong fluency in semantic data models, data pipelines, machine learning, and generative AI applications.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, architecture, and governance teams on complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations of roadmaps, trade-offs, and business impact.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Airtable, and Confluence/Wiki or similar product and delivery tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
