Senior AI Product Manager

Location: United States; remote or hybrid candidates accepted, with an East Coast preference. Hybrid work is centered around the New York, NY and Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Salary: $155,000–$220,000 total cash compensation per year, plus separately offered equity.

What you will do

• Own AI products end to end, from identifying high-leverage problems and defining the product thesis through prototyping, production, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Build working prototypes independently using notebooks, APIs, agentic coding tools, and modern AI platforms.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Commercial teams to convert operational challenges into scalable AI products.
• Prioritize the roadmap, eliminate low-value work, and defend focus around the highest-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers by providing clear specifications and working references through production delivery.
• Define, instrument, and report the business metrics that demonstrate product impact.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience with significant technical depth.
• Experience shipping products and building working prototypes hands-on.
• Comfort with notebooks, APIs, agents, models, and modern AI tooling.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems for non-technical stakeholders and technical builders.
• Experience measuring outcomes through business metrics rather than activity or roadmap completion.
