Production Supervisor

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States. Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the Production Manager with daily operations in a food-based fulfillment center.
• Maintain a safety-first culture and meet environmental, health, quality, and safety performance metrics.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Allocate labor and equipment resources to meet operational demands and maintain smooth workflows.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop frontline operations staff.
• Coordinate training with HR and Learning teams and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production, inventory management, receiving, preparation, or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, including OSHA, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards.
• Strong team management, communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience training employees on new processes or procedural updates.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM, or other relevant certification.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations.
