Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations, Kitting - Day Shift

Location: On-site in Commercial Point, Ohio, United States. Day shift runs Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with some handoff time before and after the core hours.

Salary: $75,500–$81,800 annually, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Run the kitting line day to day, including staffing, station sequencing, workload balancing, and quality checks.
• Build and refine SOPs for assembly workflows as volume and product mix change.
• Monitor output, accuracy, throughput, and quality metrics, and address root causes of performance issues.
• Train and coach warehouse associates on kitting and assembly workflows.
• Document employee relations issues and partner with HR when escalation is required.
• Coordinate with fulfillment leadership and provide occasional backup coverage in other operational areas.

Requirements

• Direct experience running or supervising a kitting or assembly line.
• 5+ years of people-management experience, including 3+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing assembly environments.
• Ability to write and implement SOPs and identify process bottlenecks.
• Experience using production data to diagnose throughput and quality issues.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems for tracking inventory, output, and staffing needs.
• Ability to work on-site, stand and walk for extended periods, average 10,000+ steps per day, and regularly lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
