Lead Data Migration Specialist

What you will do

• Load and validate client data in the Clearwater investment account system.
• Collect, analyze, normalize, reconcile, and report data while resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate complex client onboarding activities and support the Client Engagement Model.
• Collaborate with development teams to design repeatable and adaptable migration workflows.
• Identify and lead continuous service improvements in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Apply accounting, investment, and financial-market concepts to client data migration.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel proficiency and advanced experience with SQL or relational databases.
• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced securities or financial markets knowledge, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.
• Project management skills, including experience serving as a project lead.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or economics.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
