What you will do

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau to track and promote usage across the team.
• Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and provide strategic recommendations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systems.
• Execute database queries using Redshift DW and gather prioritized user requirements.
• Manage user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing, and provide technical support on reporting tools.
• Manage projects and stakeholder communications to determine and implement acceptable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming).
• Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and Excel for solving business issues.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for translating complex concepts.

Nice to have

• Advanced SQL query skills in Redshift or Tableau.
• Programming experience with Python or NodeJS.
