What you will do
- Own end-to-end data migration delivery across projects and business-as-usual activities.
- Define data mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation approaches, and repeatable migration patterns.
- Analyze complex datasets, resolve data issues, and maintain data quality, integrity, and auditability.
- Build and validate SQL-based solutions, execute data loads, and oversee validation and reconciliation outcomes.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve migration issues and improve delivery methods.
- Provide guidance to analysts and help develop the growing migration capability.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering data migrations in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL development skills, including SQL Server and T-SQL, and experience with relational databases.
- Ability to work across project delivery and BAU environments and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and continuous improvement skills.
- Experience with advanced Excel and data migration or reconciliation frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience in Southeast Asian financial services.
- Experience with transfer agency or unit registry platforms, managed funds, custody, or superannuation.
- Knowledge of financial data structures and lifecycle events.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for SQL optimization, data quality analysis, anomaly detection, automation, or scripting.
