What you will do

• Partner with Program Directors to define data analysis requirements and translate project scopes into actionable task assignments.
• Develop data analytics strategies to support proposal (RFP) responses and assess research/data needs for transportation data analysis services.
• Oversee data aggregation, validation, and review processes; interpret and present technical findings to stakeholders.
• Lead data systems and analytics architecture, including ETL/ELT pipeline development, orchestration, and scalable Azure-based infrastructure.
• Implement data quality checks, testing methods, and long-term consistency controls; automate manual data delivery workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise senior and junior data analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
