Member of Product Staff (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London HQ; in-office attendance is required at least 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Own product areas end to end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Shape product direction and roadmap decisions for a cross-functional team.
• Study developer and engineering workflows and turn customer insights into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and research to translate new model capabilities and agentic breakthroughs into reliable developer experiences.
• Align engineering, design, research, go-to-market, leadership, and customers around product outcomes.
• Define AI-native tools and workflows that improve product quality and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Approximately 6 or more years of product management experience, or equivalent, with a record of shipping technically demanding products end to end.
• Senior individual-contributor experience with significant autonomy and strong product judgment.
• Experience building for technically sophisticated users such as developers, engineers, or data professionals.
• Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate with engineering and research teams at a technical level.
• Ability to shape products and strategy in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, AI/ML applications, or productivity infrastructure.
• Exposure to CLI tooling, agentic workflows, or evaluation systems.
