Building Controls Project Manager (HVAC)

Location: Netherlands, with project deployments across the EU and travel required for installations.

What you will do

• Coordinate the integration and on-site execution of autonomous building controls projects.
• Support sales take-off and engineering processes with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate site activities, and address delivery challenges proactively.
• Validate alignment between installations and design specifications.
• Relay partner and deployment insights to internal leadership to improve product performance and implementation strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on programming and configuration experience with DDC and/or PLC controllers.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols.
• Ability to develop and validate HVAC sequences of operation for AHUs, chillers, boilers, and split units.
• Proficiency with a major BMS platform such as Niagara, DesigoCC, Honeywell EBI, or equivalent.
• Experience with point-to-point I/O testing, FAT, and SAT commissioning on live building systems.
• Project management experience, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and integrating third-party equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCADA or HMI platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or autonomous control platforms.
• IEC 61131-3 Structured Text or equivalent PLC programming experience.
• German or Dutch language proficiency.
• Hands-on building controls system design and programming experience.
