Project Manager, Data Center (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Based in the Singapore office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data hall fit-out works, including white space infrastructure, containment, power distribution, cable management, and cooling systems.
• Coordinate fit-out activities with base building, electrical infrastructure, utilities, cooling, and network teams.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors across multiple technical packages, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety requirements.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans to protect critical milestones.
• Coordinate commissioning and integrated system testing for electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure.
• Complete inspections, testing records, handover documentation, and transition to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in construction or engineering project management.
• Proven experience delivering data center projects or mission-critical facilities.
• Direct experience managing data hall fit-out or white space installation.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including UPS, switchgear, transformers, chilled water systems, and CRAH/CRAC units.
• Experience with base building or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
