Project Manager - North (HVAC and Process Cooling)

Location: On-site in Bradford, York, 5 days per week. National travel and travel to other countries may be required.

What you will do

• Procure equipment and subcontractor services for assigned HVAC and process cooling projects.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, sales teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend site visits, advise on installation projects, and prepare costings and quotes.
• Create project plans, confirm scope and timelines, troubleshoot technical engineering issues, and coordinate equipment and subcontractors.
• Manage the installation and commissioning of industrial cooling systems, site engineers, and project resources.
• Control project budgets and costs while ensuring contract requirements and health and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level project management experience with commercial experience.
• Project Engineer background and manufacturing industry knowledge are advantageous.
• Strong communication and people skills, including the ability to explain complex technical activities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-aided design (CAD).
• Right to work in the UK and a UK driver's licence are required.
