Deployment Manager (Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; on-site five days a week

hirify.global develops robotics and software to automate on-site construction, building hardware and software in-house.

What you will do

• Own construction robot deployments end to end, including logistics, operational planning, site delivery, and quality.
• Coordinate robots, operators, subcontractors, general contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee and motivate on-site teams while representing the company with construction partners and customers.
• Build operational systems, identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and increase deployment margins.
• Manage customer relationships, support new construction projects, and develop adjacent product opportunities.
• Own deployment P&L and support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience as a startup founder, GM, operations, strategy, business development professional, or in a similar role.
• Native Dutch speaker required because of the local nature of the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders ranging from construction workers to senior contractor executives and engineers.
• Experience managing, leading, and motivating a small team.
• Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills, including building operational plans, presenting P&L, and modelling scenarios.
• Comfort working hands-on in high-stress construction environments with changing plans, equipment failures, and novel technology risks.
