Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Translate platform functionality into tangible customer value and quantifiable ROI frameworks.
- Engage directly with high-value customers, including meaningful on-site time, to drive platform adoption.
- Develop business cases and ROI metrics to validate the impact of solutions for clients.
- Serve as a technical and commercial advisor to align solutions with customer strategic imperatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify expansion opportunities and growth strategies.
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops aligned with customer workflows.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management.
- Background in software engineering or equivalent relevant technical experience.
- Proven ability to develop ROI frameworks that map to strategic business priorities.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to translate business outcomes to technical solutions.
- Proficiency in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools like macros.
- Current and unrestricted working rights for the USA; no visa sponsorship provided.
