Formulated Wet Etch & Litho Technical Marketing Director

Location: Remote, Texas, with work in hirify.global office locations in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, or the US. International and domestic travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Guide semiconductor fab process materials market participation and growth strategy for wet etch, cleans, lithography, post-etch, post-CMP cleaning, 3D HAR etch, and surface preparation applications.
• Maintain customer Process-of-Records maps and identify future wet clean, etch, and lithography requirements using Voice of Customer and market input.
• Coordinate competitor intelligence across commercial and technical functions and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Support technical knowledge-sharing, solution training, new product introductions, technical meetings, value selling, and customer engagement.
• Support market assessments, technology roadmaps, and near-term and long-term strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or another STEM field; a master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
• 15 or more years of semiconductor experience, including semiconductor fab technical or applications experience in wet etch, cleans, or lithography.
• Understanding of semiconductor technology, Logic and Memory devices, process integration, and market analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English for presentations to senior internal and external contacts.
• Experience with product, technology, or commercial strategy development and strong technical and business acumen.
• Ability to work across multiple functions in a fast-paced global environment and travel internationally up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Seven or more years of experience working with leading Logic and Memory companies.
• Advanced degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication, materials, equipment, or specialty materials and chemicals manufacturing.
