Technical Marketing (GCMS)

hirify.global develops and supports scientific measurement products, including GCMS systems and related software.

What you will do

• Develop support strategies, repair levels, and production support plans for new and existing GCMS products.
• Resolve complex product support escalations using technical and scientific expertise.
• Provide deep technical support to Field Service Engineers, Remote Engineers, customer call centers, and Global Service organizations.
• Provide technical product and measurement consulting for presales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, QA, Manufacturing, Product Development, and customers on product features, supportability, reliability, and release schedules.
• Write product and process documentation and technical support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in GCMS software support, including OpenLab and MassHunter.
• Fluent English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCMS applications.
• Relevant post-graduate certification or license.
