Product Manager, Design (AI)

Location: Onsite in Pleasanton, California, Monday through Friday

Base annual salary: $105,000–$125,000; annual bonus up to 10%

What you will do

• Own product direction for features, including problem framing, requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and delivery.
• Act as both product lead and hands-on designer for assigned projects.
• Use AI tools across research, design, requirements writing, and prototyping.
• Partner with engineering throughout the build process as a peer.
• Validate solutions rigorously and iterate after launch.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product design, product management, or a hybrid role.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating product thinking and design execution.
• Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Fluency with AI tools across research, design, requirements writing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams.
• Formal product management training or design education.
