Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Relocation assistance and visa and green card support are available where applicable.

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the entire design and creative process across product, web, marketing, and brand.
• Work with the founding team to define user interactions and product strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and engineering to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Optimize designs for speed, usability, and accessibility.
• Work in fast, iterative cycles and ship what is needed without maintaining a backlog.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Demonstrated experience as a 0-to-1 product designer delivering products quickly.
• A strong portfolio showing thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Resourcefulness, urgency, independence, and an ownership mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or relocate there.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Comfort with product design as well as branding and marketing collateral.
