Elections Organizer

Location: Remote, based in San Francisco, California, USA

hirify.global operates a large democracy platform and is building Change.vote, an election information product designed to improve clarity, trust, and participation for voters in the United States.

What you will do

• Identify and build relationships with civic, advocacy, nonprofit, and community organizations in target markets.
• Build and manage distribution partnerships and coordinate promotion through events, service days, enrollment periods, and other community moments.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage campus representatives with defined outreach goals.
• Recruit organizations to submit endorsements and commentary to Change.vote, navigating internal and state or national approval processes.
• Collect endorsement data in existing formats, maintain outreach and pipeline records in the CRM, and share campaign learnings with the Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Existing network of civic or advocacy contacts, preferably at the local or field level.
• At least two campaign or advocacy cycles in organizing, field, political, communications, or marketing work.
• Experience managing volunteers or interns.
• Ability to initiate cold outreach, close relationships independently, and adapt tactics without a rigid script.
• Fluent and increasingly strategic experience with AI.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Spanish language skills.
