What you will do

• Coordinate event venues, logistics, vendors, event pages, RSVPs, setup, and run-of-show support.
• Support growth campaigns from outreach and list building through sequencing and CRM updates.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and drive employee engagement.
• Maintain marketing tools and trackers and prepare performance reports.
• Support operational projects across the marketing team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a coordinator-type role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight event timelines.
• Clear written communication.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend hours around events.
