Location: Hybrid in New Rochelle, New York, with onsite and virtual care

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

hirify.global provides pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care through virtual and in-person outpatient therapy, psychiatry, diagnostic evaluation, and psychological testing.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive therapy and mental health care for children and adolescents up to age 18.
• Develop care plans and apply evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings.
• Use measurement-based care practices and maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in peer consultation.
• Contribute to community engagement, outreach, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D licensure with at least 3,000 completed supervision hours.
• Direct experience and demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Completion of the NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB national examination.
• Extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and similar concerns.
• Experience providing both in-person and virtual care.
• Availability during peak hours from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; the position requires 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management Training (PMT).
• Experience supervising pre-licensed providers.
• Background in or passion for pediatric mental health care.
• Availability to provide care on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
