Licensed Clinical Therapist (California- LCSW)

Location: California, United States; remote-first telehealth role

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year, plus potential incentive bonus, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and applicable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Conduct structured clinical intakes, assessments, and screening for co-occurring conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based frameworks.
• Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing through a structured telehealth treatment model.
• Manage a caseload and monitor member outcomes with validated clinical measures.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate care transitions when indicated.
• Participate in clinical supervision, continuous improvement, and behavioral addictions program development.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in good standing in California.
• Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions such as eating disorders, impulse control disorders, or substance use, or strong interest in behavioral addictions.
• Competency in CBT and familiarity with structured assessment and outcome-monitoring tools.
• Strong written communication for clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently while collaborating with a distributed clinical team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Motivational Interviewing.
