Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid onsite in New York City, NY

Salary: $265K–$310K per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI-native outbound platform that helps revenue teams identify in-market buyers, enrich accounts from more than 40 data sources, and execute personalized multichannel outreach.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, coach, and grow a core product engineering team.
• Own delivery of customer-centered product initiatives in partnership with product and design leads.
• Improve engineering systems and processes, including planning, observability, CI/CD, and production support.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and incident response.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard engineering talent as the organization scales.
• Shape a culture based on ownership, speed, technical excellence, and empathy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience in fast-moving environments.
• Experience building and leading teams at early-stage startups.
• Strong technical leadership and the ability to set high engineering standards.
• Comfort working with high autonomy and accountability, including recruiting, coding, retrospectives, production debugging, and roadmap adjustments.
• Experience supporting the technical and professional growth of engineers.
