Engineering Lead (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York City headquarters, United States

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the human-feedback platform end to end and lead its engineering strategy.
• Integrate the platform with a .NET game recorder for screen capture, game detection, input capture, and video encoding.
• Debug issues across the Electron main and renderer processes, IPC, and the recorder boundary.
• Build server-side anti-cheat and fraud detection for gameplay, input, and recording integrity.
• Develop an immutable ledger for earnings and payouts using Spring Boot and Postgres.
• Build Next.js administration tools for user management, session review, and payment processing.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Spring Boot and Postgres.
• Strong knowledge of Electron architecture, including the main and renderer processes and IPC; deep Node.js experience is sufficient if Electron is new.
• Experience integrating with game recorders and debugging desktop application boundaries.
• Experience building anti-cheat or fraud-detection systems.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Ability to prioritize security and reliability and work with Terraform across cloud providers.
