Manager, Ecommerce Strategy (Ecommerce)

hirify.global’s Brand Management department focuses on strategic projects for internal teams and partner brands.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and consulting projects for internal teams and partner brands.
• Analyze customer, market, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and communicate insights through clear presentations.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Use AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles is preferred.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart Marketplace, ecommerce platforms, and analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Side projects related to data and analytics.
