Associate Manager, Drive (E-commerce/Logistics)

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Drive revenue and pricing strategy for a new business line within the Drive platform.
• Understand merchant, partner, product, and operational needs and prioritize solutions by impact.
• Build pricing models, playbooks, processes, and tools to accelerate new business growth.
• Analyze performance using a data-driven, first-principles approach, including sizing impact, pricing, root-cause analysis, and trade-offs.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Product, and Engineering to scale new business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel, including the ability to build accurate models quickly.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams across multiple teams with minimal oversight.
• Ability to investigate performance changes, identify root causes, prioritize meaningful signals, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems, urgency, ownership, and challenging the status quo; regular use of AI tools to improve work efficiency.
