Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site five days per week

hirify.global builds AI teammates for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, replacing fragmented software and manual work with AI-powered customer operations integrated with platforms such as ServiceTitan.

What you will do

• Own strategic deep dives from framing business questions through analysis and recommendations for leadership.
• Support business performance management through KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects with sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Build analyses for QBRs and executive reviews using hirify.global and ServiceTitan data.
• Develop insights and benchmarks that help customers improve operational performance.
• Turn one-off analyses into repeatable dashboards, templates, and product capabilities in collaboration with analytics and engineering.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience at a top consulting firm or comparable organization.
• Hands-on experience working with data and strong analytical, structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, with a bias toward action and execution.
• Interest in applying the latest AI tools and technologies to real business problems.
• Willingness to work in person five days per week in San Francisco.
