Founding PM for Agents (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or remote within US time zones

What you will do

• Own the builder experience, including natural-language agent creation, self-improvement, versioning, and sharing.
• Own the agent runtime, including event-based triggers, scheduling, model routing, and agent delegation.
• Drive growth through Slack Agents, time-to-first-working-agent, self-serve onboarding, templates, and sharing loops.
• Define product telemetry that helps agents improve over time.
• Run discovery with both engineers seeking SDK depth and non-technical builders seeking natural-language workflows.
• Own the roadmap from discovery through shipment and prioritize work closely with engineers and the CPO.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years with developer tools, platforms, or builder and automation products.
• Founder or early-PM experience and experience building product processes from zero.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 builder or automation products and understanding PLG, activation, time-to-value, and sharing loops.
• Technical depth in code literacy, API and SDK design, agent frameworks, and tool-calling agents.
• Customer discovery experience, strong written communication, and the ability to create clear PRDs.
• Hands-on experience building MCPs, skills, workflow or agent orchestration, triggers, or scheduling systems in production.

Nice to have

• Experience turning a builder product into a self-serve growth engine.
• Daily use of AI agents and strong opinions on agent creation, orchestration, and improvement.
