What you will do
- Analyze clinical nursing workflows and translate them into functional requirements for the Hospital Information System.
- Support the design of features for nursing documentation, assessments, care planning, clinical scores, and related workflows.
- Create user stories, functional concepts, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Engineering, Product Design, and QA.
- Evaluate and prioritize product ideas with customers and clinical users, validating practical usability.
- Review developed features through testing, product reviews, and acceptance processes.
- Represent clinical nursing expertise within cross-functional product teams.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Nursing, Health & Nursing, Nursing Science, Nursing Management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of practical nursing experience in a hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nursing workflows, documentation standards, classification systems, and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with standardized nursing tools such as epaAC/KIDs, LEP, BAss, NANDA, or PPR2.0, and with HIS or comparable clinical software.
- Ability to translate complex clinical requirements into structured concepts and collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA, Project Management, customers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Business fluency in German and English required.
