Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco; office attendance required 3 days per week, with Mondays and Wednesdays as anchor days.

Salary: $150,000–$205,000 annually for Tier 1 (San Francisco), plus equity.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design roles from sourcing through signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to build scorecards, calibrate candidate expectations, and keep pipelines moving.
• Build multi-channel sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive talent analyses for passive candidates.
• Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, make recommendations, and improve recruiting decisions.
• Advise senior leaders on market conditions, recruiting strategy, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Represent hirify.global's product, roadmap, and AI capabilities to candidates while keeping hiring teams informed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
• Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup during significant headcount or revenue scaling.
• Experience building sourcing strategies from scratch and hiring strong passive technical talent.
• Experience closing Engineering, Product, and Design candidates and evaluating top talent.
• Proficiency with Ashby and Juicebox or comparable sourcing tools, with a data-driven approach.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to use it in recruiting workflows and discuss product and market developments with candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling with a Series B or Series C technology company.
• Familiarity with recruiting for AI or developer-focused products.
