What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to deeply understand each hire's role in the organization.
• Manage full cycle recruitment across all levels within the Engineering, Product, and Design organization.
• Iterate on multi-channel sourcing strategies, market mappings, and competitive talent analysis.
• Monitor pipeline data and communicate insights to hiring teams, proactively identifying roadblocks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop an extensive understanding of hirify.global to passionately pitch hirify.global, our culture, mission, and business.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Minimum of 2 years of in-house experience at a fast-growing, early stage SaaS startup.
• Proven skills in developing top-of-funnel strategies and sourcing passive technical talent.
• Proven skills at interviewing, assessing, and closing Engineering, Product, and Design talent across all levels.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (Ashby + Juicebox).
• Excitement to jump into a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
