Social Media Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included

What you will do

• Own social strategy, editorial calendars, publishing, and performance reporting across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on-site at offices, data centers, and industry events.
• Launch hirify.global’s TikTok and create native vertical content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• Translate product launches, research results, infrastructure announcements, executive commentary, and customer stories into accurate social content for technical audiences.
• Build relationships with AI and infrastructure creators, researchers, journalists, contractors, freelance creators, and influencers.
• Develop social-native capture, nurture, and conversion funnels; monitor conversations, coordinate with product, engineering, PR, recruiting, events, and leadership teams, and track engagement, reach, share of voice, and follower growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand.
• Portfolio of short-form video personally shot and edited.
• Fluency with AI/ML and infrastructure concepts, with the ability to understand and communicate technical launches accurately.
• Strong writing skills for technical audiences, including social threads.
• Experience managing multi-channel editorial calendars and reporting on performance.
• Ability to work independently, respond quickly to real-time developments, and manage multiple projects with strong operational rigor.

Nice to have

• Experience with Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, or social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
• Relationships with AI or infrastructure creators, journalists, or influencers.
• Motion graphics and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience at a GPU cloud, hyperscaler, or AI infrastructure company.
