AI-native TA Programs Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Integrate LLM-enabled tools such as Claude, Gems, NotebookLM, and AI search platforms such as Juicebox into daily recruiting workflows.
• Automate repetitive recruiting tasks and optimize the hiring funnel and conversion rates.
• Execute employer-branding initiatives positioning hirify.global as a leading AI employer.
• Build and maintain the source of truth for recruiting data and deliver actionable intelligence reports.
• Conduct global market-mapping projects to identify and engage niche talent clusters.
• Design and continuously improve global TA frameworks, policies, SOPs, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience using data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
• Expert proficiency in AI-powered search, automation, and LLM tools, with the ability to design advanced AI workflows.
• Ability to manage branding, data, and AI workstreams with precision and minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year in a regional or global TA CoE or TA Programs function.
