Forward Deployed Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with work from the London or New York hub offices and onsite client implementation as needed. Client travel typically involves 10–33% of the time.

What you will do

• Work with customers and stakeholders to identify critical business objectives and valuable problems.
• Conceive, architect, build, and maintain production applications using enterprise data.
• Develop operationalized workflows that enable executives and end users to make measurable changes in the business.
• Build solutions from scratch, iterate quickly, and deliver real-world business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and users with varying levels of technical proficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building production applications that use large structured and unstructured datasets.
• A track record of delivering real-world outcomes through software, data science, or technical analytics products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent ownership skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment at the London or New York hub offices and travel onsite for client implementation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or AIP.
• Experience delivering production ML or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience building production frontend applications with React.
• Experience with Spark and distributed computing.
