Clinical Psychologist – Comprehensive Testing & Evaluation (Hybrid) (Pediatric Psychological Testing)

Location: Albany, New York; hybrid schedule with clinic-based and remote work

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 annually plus benefits

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for youth up to age 18, including clinical interviews, multi-informant data reviews, and differential diagnosis.
• Select, administer, and interpret test batteries for learning disorders, executive functioning needs, and autism spectrum disorders, including ADOS-2.
• Prepare high-quality, family-friendly reports with practical recommendations.
• Lead clear family feedback sessions in person and virtually, providing actionable clinical guidance.
• Support virtual evaluations for other clinics when clinically appropriate and contribute to the development of the regional evaluation and testing service line.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and participate in regular peer consultation.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree, PhD or PsyD, in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted doctoral-level license to practice in New York State.
• Extensive experience with pediatric psychological testing, test battery selection, and ASD-focused clinical interviews.
• ADOS-2 training required.
• Comfort providing services through both in-person and remote modalities.
• Experience with or training in digital administration of psychological tests where available.

• Bilingual communication skills, particularly Spanish.
