Diagnostic Evaluator - LCSW - Contract/1099

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hybrid schedule with onsite work at the assigned clinic at least 1 day per week; remaining responsibilities may be completed remotely. At least 12 hours per week must be scheduled after 4:00pm ET on weekdays or during weekends.

Salary: $85–$95 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct neurodevelopmental and autism diagnostic evaluations using tools such as ADOS-2, ASRS, and CARS.
• Analyze assessment data and prepare clear diagnostic conclusions, reports, recommendations, and timely progress notes.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Complete biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners, executive function coaches, speech therapists, families, caregivers, and outside providers.
• Manage diagnostic scheduling, clinical productivity reporting, documentation, meetings, training, and supervision.

Requirements

• Independently licensed LCSW in Pennsylvania required.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care model.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and balance diagnostic and psychotherapy responsibilities.
• Availability for at least 12 weekly hours during after-school hours is required.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting neurodevelopmental or autism diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with standardized diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ASRS, or CARS.
• Experience in integrated or team-based care environments.
